1. Where are you located ? Auscamo Australia is located in sunny Rockhampton, Central Queesnland Australia.

2. Do you have a phone number? In the first instance, we ask that you contact us with your enquiry via email. If after we have responded you still wish to discuss issues further we will happy to help you via the phone.

3. Can you insure my postage? Yes. We offer the option for you to insure your item throughout the postal process and can also include registered mail if so required.

4. Do you supply discounts for bulk purchases? No. currently these types of items are in very short supply and we have no ability to supply large quantities on a wholesale basis.

5. How long before I receive my purchase? Delivery usually takes 3-5 days around Australia after payment has cleared and goods have been dispatched from our warehouse.

6. Do you Dropship? Yes. Our checkout facility now allows you to type in the details of the person whom you would like to receive the product and their postal details. We can also adjust the postal details to reflect your involvement in the transaction.
